Who We Are
“We are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ. And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we are. For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. Yet God, with undeserved kindness, declares that we are righteous. He did this through Christ Jesus when He freed us from the penalty for our sins.” Romans 3:22-24 NLT
Cross of Christ is a Christian Church striving for an atmosphere that is welcoming, truthful, and simple. Our teaching is from the Lutheran family (www.lcms.org) that has as its foundation, the Bible as the truth of God. God’s Word is at the center of everything we do at Cross of Christ, and is communicated in a way that is real to life. As a family of God we place great value on being a community of grace. We believe that while we are not perfect, God in His amazing love has saved us by grace, through faith, in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
